The website won’t load, what’s wrong?

If you the website won’t load, be sure to clear your cookies for your internet browser and return to the website.

I can’t log in to the website, what do I do?

If you cannot log in to the website to view your orders or account, try resetting your account password. If that does not work, send an email to support@relicpc.com with your Order ID in the Subject line.

I run into a 404 page, why so?

If you ran into a 404 page, it could be an outdated link or an expired page. Double check that you are spelling the URL correctly. https://www.relicpc.com

How do I save a configuration for later?

By clicking on on “Add to WIshlist“ next to the product you like or have customized to your liking, it will be added to the wishlist and saved for later.

How do I customize a computer to my own liking?

Easy! Simply select the laptop computer that you would like to customize. After the page loads, scroll down to the customization options and choose your desired memory, hard drive space, or other configurations.

How do I apply for laptop computer financing?

If you would like to play now and pay later, simply click the Financing button on the top of the website. From there, choose the option that suites you or choose at the checkout area.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, as well as multiple financing methods for as low as 10% down or no credit check.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship all of our laptops UPS Ground with insurance up to the value of the laptop. Signatures are always required.

Do you ship your products internationally?

We offer shipping to all 50 states of the United States. We also ship to some regions of Canada. Email for information on if we ship to your region.

How do I check the tracking of my order?

During each process of customizing your product to your specifications, we will update you via email during each stage of the process. This information and tracking information for your shipment can also be viewed by logging in to your account.

How quickly will my laptop arrive?

After we finalize all the quality control checks on your high performance gaming laptop it’s ready to ship. Our Standard Shipping Method is UPS Ground. After shipment it takes on average 5-7 Business Days to arrive.

Does my warranty include accidental damages?

Our standard warranty does not include accidental damages, but we do offer upgraded warranties at checkout for such cases! View the full warranty by clicking “Warranty“ at the bottom of the page under Sales & Support.

Do you offer lifetime warranties?

We do! You can choose the warranty that best suits you at the time of customization or at checkout.

Where do I find drivers for my laptop?

You can download drivers for your model by logging in to your account and visiting the “Downloads“ section of your account. Visit the Laptop Support Page to find further information.

How do I install drivers for my laptop?

Your “Downloads“ section of your account page will have specific drivers for your model. If you need assistance installing drivers for your laptop, email us at support@relicpc.com.
