1. Definition of Terms of Warranty
As described by the warranty set forth, “Product” means any hardware manufactured by RelicPC® Gaming Laptops and purchased directly from RelicPC® Gaming Laptops. The “End User” is the client of the Product and describes anyone who owns and uses a RelicPC® Gaming Laptops Product. “Date of Purchase” is the day the Original Purchaser bought the Product from RelicPC®.
2. Scope of 1 Year Warranty
RelicPC® warrants against defects in workmanship of a product for a period of ONE (1) YEARS from the Date of Purchase.
a. Products Covered
This warranty applies only Products designed by RelicPC® Gaming Laptops that can be identified by the “RelicPC®” trade name, or logo on them. RelicPC® Gaming Laptops provides no warranty for any software provided with its Products. Relic does not warrant any products that are not RelicPC® Products. This warranty will not apply if: (a1) the Product is damaged by accident or misuse; (a2) the Product has been modified without permission of RelicPC® ; or (a3) if any RelicPC® serial number is missing or has been removed or damaged.
b. Service Description
If your product is defective, RelicPC® will, at its discretion permitted by law: (b1) repair the Product using new or refurbished replacement parts); (b2) replace the Product with a product that is new or has been serviced using refurbished parts and and functions equivalent to the original product at the discretion of RelicPC®.
It is your responsibility to back-up your data on RelicPC® Products prior to sending your RelicPC® Product in for warranty services.
RELIC LAPTOPS™ IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS OF DATA OR SOFTWARE
c. 3 Free Remote Support
RelicPC® will provide telephone or email remote service to the purchaser of a RelicPC® Product as long as the Original Purchaser still owns the RelicPC® Product.
3. Return Policy
Returns: All sales are final and as-is, with returns only at the exclusive discretion of RelicPC®. Returns (that are approved) within 30 days of purchase are subject to a 15% (of the purchase price) “rental fee” while returns after 30 days are charged a 15% restocking fee plus an additional $40 per day rental fee.
Parts: We reserve the right to substitute parts or brands of parts if in the event we are out of stock or the part is no longer available for purchase from our vendors. These parts will serve as OEM Equivalents with the same specifications of the requested part in the original build order.
